Luncheon


I am hoping by sharing my weight loss plans with you all that I will stick to the healthy eating and exercise and do it properly this time. So i apologise now for the food and wright updates that will come!! Here is a picture of the lunch I have made ready for tomorrow - it is mushrooms at the back and not potatoes! For pudding banana, kiwi and cherries!!
